Taiwan-Part3: Closer Glimpse of Life in Taipei

The Streets Of Taiwan
Rubbish bins are a rare sight in taipei (well, in comparison to our streets) but they are very clean. The streets are usually a mixture of very old buildings plus modern commodities like starbucks. And of course the more commercialized districts are full of signs of globalization.

Many streets of taipei and things resembles Japan. Probably because Japan played a vital part in the industialization of taiwan.
Transport
Transport system of taipei is efficient and economical.
Not to mention the people are very civic minded. Shuffling, snatching seats, occupying both sides of escalator are rare.Entertainment
Entertainment industry is very established in taiwan. I spent a lot of my time there watching talk shows. Very knowlegeable hosts and celebrities makes the show highly entertaining.

Night Markets
Almost every area has a night market, with some more famous than the others.

Food
The famous Ah Zhong Mian Sian , the XXXL chicken chop are not bad.
The rest of the stuff are really not to my liking. In fact, food is the least favourite part of my trip.
