Happy New Year!
It's a brand new day again:) I like new beginnings:) Because new beginnings bring good changes, bring new friends, new growth and new hope:)
I really like the quote "Everything is going to be all right in the end, if it's not all right, it is not the end." A bit lame but I think there is truth to it. No matter how bad your 2008 was, you have survived!
My 2008 was quite a trying year but I have too survive. I thank God for His unfailing love and for the many grace and blessings given me. And many of these blessings come in the form of people. I thank God for you guys, that you guys stick with me even through the times when I am most annoying:)
The two man who spent christmas eve with me:)
Man No 1: We spent another Christmas, another year. Being my friend has definitely been a challenging task for you given my temprements. But you never fail to extent your love and grace towards me. Though I seldom succeed with all the changes I promised you, I still promise to try again this new year. For all the love you have given me, I prayed that God will bless you back, in the form of a sweeter,kinder, better me! haha!:)
Man No 2: I hope you know how much our friendship meant to me. It was a tough year for you, but I am glad you survived. I really pray that in the new year, you will grow another level in your walk with God and in your life. As we have more new committments and new priorities in life, I just want you to know that you are still part of my committment and priority. And I do want to spend more time with you in the new year:) And if you slip me out of your priority, I promise to beat the daylight out of you!
Bestie: This year, I've seen you grow and changed. And I love the new changed you:) Though in any case, I love you still the same. Even if the group were to 'disband', it is not going to affect us. Cause you are always my clique and I'll buy you presents and spend time with you! This year, I would also want to spend more time with you!:)
Miss Chan: I just want you to know when I count my blessings, I always count you. Because I am very loved by you! No matter how I change, you never failed to love me and care for me! If I was a Buddhist, I would think I must have done some super good deeds in my previous life, to be able to have a friend like you in my life-time! This year, I also want to spend more time with you!
Mr Caughtinmyshadow: I just want to say I like being your friend cause you can always entertained me! haha! Ok, what I really meant is I really enjoy your company and you as a friend. Though it's highly difficult to be squeezed into your priority, I am glad that we are still friends admist all the various committments and priorities. I like being able to tell you many things about people and stuff, I like sharing and enjoying the same kind of jokes with you. And I like serving together with you. In the new year, I pray that you will open up more to God and people. And I hope the affinity between us will grow:)
Miss Cargill: I don't really make friends, especially female ones. And you happen to be the rare female ones I made! You have bless me in more ways than you can imagined. You have see me through so many difficult phases of my life. Do you know that you have bless me so many times, simply just by being yourself?:) Thank you for being my friend, I treasure our friendship:) And I really thank God our friendship did not remain at just me copying your Maths homework!:)
Miss Purplechocolatefreak: You are one amusing character! It's so amazing how God works:) I would never have thought we would have become friends but I am glad we did:) You may not know this, but you have in many ways make my serving easier:) Sounds a bit strange, but when you and Miss Cargill came, for the very first time after a long while, I made real friends:) I love you two very much!
Mr Mianbao: Thank you for never giving up on our friendship. It is highly irritating i know to be my friend because of my 'laziness'. But thank you for not giving up! Thank you for loving me, for always listening and always being there for me:)
Mr Accomodation: I doubt you will see this, but if you do, I just want you to know that I do love you a lot. And know what, I often think back to the time when we first know each other and the time when I frequent Yew Tee because of you:)
Fervour: I don't know if I said this too many times, but I love you guys very much:)
Miss Hot-Dog: You actually bothered to scan down? I love you lots too though you are highly irritating! In the new year, I really pray that It will be a brand new beginning for you. Don't live a mediocre life, it's not you, it's against your personality. Though it may be good if we have a brother, but I would still not trade you away:)
Of course there are many who bless my life in many ways. But these fews stood out and survived the test of time:) I spent hours typing this because it is difficult to express in words how thankful I am for you guys and how much I love you all.
Thank you for being part of my life. I really look forward to rubbing shoulders and growing with you all in the new year:)
