Back to the Not So Sunny Island :)

So i am back from Nong Khai! Nong Khai was freezing for the sunny-island girl me!
Though it's also cold back home but it's nothing compare to Nong Khai.

It was an awesome trip! One of my best! And i didn't came to blog because i am busying catching up with work but more so because so many great things happen that it is simply requires too much hand and brain power to try to articulate the many things that happens!

WeiJian told me last year that " how can someone go for mission-trip and their lives not changed?!" That would probably sums up my thought for the trip:)
I am really thankful to God that i went for the trip!:)
And if i am too fast for you at Maxx Hotel, during cell group or service, i can repeat for you again! haha!

It's great to be back home! I am glad all back home are well! It's great to be back to greetings of "you are finally back!" I don't know if 10days were long for you guys back home. For me, it felt short cause there are still so much to do yet it felt long too because our lives went through so much transformation:)

The year is soon coming to an end, the mission trip has definitely make year 2007 more fruitful. I eagerly awaits year 2008. While changes are sometimes scary, there's something liberating about changes that i look forward to. I need to spend time in His presence to plan and pen the twenty-third year of my life.

December is a nice month. There's mission trip, there's camp and there's Christmas! Though Christmas is very much commercialised now, i still like it. I like the busy streets, the lights and sparkles, the food and the festive mood. I love christmas shopping, i like anticipating the smile of the receivers of my presents, i love counting down and reminiscing about the year with the people i loves.

Unfortunately all i did thus far was to draw out a christmas list. Where i am going to find the time to get the prezzies, to get my dress, to arrange for dinner?!

The Night Rally

Busying learning thai over breakfast to prepare for Shopping Mall E and St. E :)

Back to hearty breakfast set aside for me while i slept in on the morning after i arrive back home. Then it was back to work.

I miss Mr. Sugar's birthday while i was there! haha!
We had a few hour of afternoon free on sunday which we were suppose to do our christmas shopping, but we got tempted by food. As if we haven had enough of Thai food, we had it for Sunday Dinner again! More Mango sticky rice please!:)
